Welcome to the American Society for Quality Greater Houston Section 1405 Website. ASQ Section 1405 provides a forum to the Greater Houston area to advance Quality and Operational Excellence through learning and exchange of knowledge. BREAKING NEWS We have been trying to organize a plant tour of a very interesting facility in the Houston area for our (additional) June Program. Unfortunately, the efforts fell through, and THERE WILL BE NO PLANT TOUR IN JUNE 2009. We regret if this has caused any inconvenience to anyone. We are confident that we will be able to organize at least one plant tour in the next Program Year.
Certification Refresher Courses The Greater Houston Section 1405 is pleased to sponsor ASQ certification refresher courses for Certified Quality Inspector, Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Technician, Quality Manager, and Reliability Engineer. The classes are scheduled to end at least two week before the examination is administered by ASQ. The classes will be held at University of Houston or at The Art Institute of Houston.
