Presentation:  Space Planes of the Houston Space Port

Presentation Objective: Latest Information on the Design and Construction of the Houston Space Port using a culture of innovation, E2T (extreme edge technology) and the ISO (International Standards Organization) governing body of requirements. 

Objective Philosophy: Innovation, E2T, and ISO demands executive leaders (including the CEO, CFO, or CTO), managers, technicians, auditors, certified personnel, and team leaders to establish the SAR’s (scenarios, actions, and results) to the highest level possible.

Presentation Goal: The goal is to generate an earnest and dedicated bidder interest to accomplish completion of the Houston Space Port, no later than October 1, 2020.

During this presentation, attendees will learn and discuss:

Presentation: The Importance of Measurement in Quality Management Systems (QMS) 

One of the primary reasons for having a QMS is to assess the efficiency of the business processes used by an organization.  Accumulating data on the state of those processes over time is essential in determining the efficiency with which those processes meet the organizations objectives.  The acquisition of that data through objective measurements and the accurate interpretation of that data are necessary in determining which processes are strong and where it may be possible the improve the QMS by strengthening others. 

In this tutorial I will discuss the techniques for making objective measurements. I will also discuss what to measure and some of the ways to interpret the data that will produce accurate and reliable information that management can use in continually improving the organizations QMS.

Entree 3:  Vegetarian Indiana Reflections

(Potatoes, Mushrooms, Baby Spinach in an authentic Indian Curry Sauce made with Caramelized Onion, Ginger and Garlic Simmered in Yogurt)

As always, our monthly Professional Development Dinner meetings are open to the public and are no charge.  There is no requirement to be an ASQ member to attend, or to purchase a meal.  Online pre-registration closes on Tuesdays at 11:45pm before the event.  If you choose to purchase a meal at the event, the price will be $25 ($5 more) and food choices may be limited.
