Sponsorship Committee

• Provide Section membership a collection of sources that could provide products and services to assist the conduct of the member’s professional activities.
• Provide Quality related businesses a forum from which to communicate their message to the Quality professionals of Greater Houston.
• Provide the Section with another revenue stream to help bolster section’s ability to provide educational services to members.
 
Our goals for the 2009-2010 year include:

• Communicate the new program to the membership through announcements at dinner meetings and in newsletter
• Recruit 4corporate sponsors.
• Provide a facility for advertising consultant services to members who are consultants.
What We Do
The ASQ Section 1405 Sponsorships Committee is responsible for:
• Seeking organizations that would be a good fit for the objectives described above.
• Soliciting these organizations to become ASQ Section 1405 sponsors
• Explaining the program to prospective organizations (see http://www.asqhouston.org/sponsorship-program)
• Inducting new sponsors into the program by providing them assistance with how to participate in the program.
• Assisting consultants who wish to be listed in the consultant directory.
• Assisting the Treasurer with invoicing and collecting fees from sponsors.
