The Greater Houston Section 1405 is pleased to sponsor ASQ certification refresher courses for Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Calibration Technician, Certified Software Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Improvement Associate, and Certified Quality Process Analyst. The classes are scheduled to end at least one week before the examination is administered by ASQ.
Greater Houston ASQ Refresher Class Registration
The local section administers the signup and fees for ALL refresher classes. We now accept Credit Cards along with personal checks. Checks are made payable to “ASQ - Greater Houston Section”. Greater Houston ASQ is Non Profit and Tax Exempt.

Registration fees must be paid in advance in order to participate in a class. The registration (with payment) due dates are listed in the
registration form. Early registration and payment is encouraged since class size is limited. To register for the refresher courses, course schedule and early registration discount, please see the registration form. A full refund will be issued in the unlikely event that ASQ cancels the class.
Class participants are responsible for purchasing the recommended textbooks in advance. These are the corresponding “Primer" and "Solution Text", both from the Quality Council of Indiana.

Class Participants are advised to bring a calculator that is permissible by ASQ in exams to the review course classes.
The instructors will not have textbooks available for sale.
Please note: ASQ Section 1405 has the option to cancel any refresher courses if the minimum of 6 people do not register for the refresher course.
