Jenn Stephens is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has a Bachelors in Computer Science, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Business.  She started out in software development early in her career, working across several types of businesses including banking, transportation logistics, stock brokerage, energy and computer technology.  She moved from software development into program management, then into quality culture and employee engagement.  Throughout her career she has gained skills in how to create effective working relationships and enjoys building partnerships that benefit all parties involved.  She has worked with many interns and new college hires and enjoys mentoring others to success.  She currently runs global quality culture and employee engagement programs for HP.
