MONW01 (Intermediate): iCulture™:   A Visual Approach to Demystify  and Enhance Culture

Presenter Adil F. Dalal
As corporations world-wide struggle to understand the fundamentals of   culture, iCulture™ provides a quantum leap forward for rapidly visualizing,   quantifying and assessing the current culture and its impact on the employees   and customers.  It also helps leaders plan a culture transformation   using a scientific formula defined in multiple-award-winning book, The 12   Pillars of Project Excellence which has been adopted as a Leadership Body of   Knowledge of leadership by HD&L division of ASQ.

MONW02 (Intermediate): Professional   Development that Continues After the Workshop Adjourns…An In-Depth Look!

Presenters: Cay Moore and Terri   Iles
Who is responsible for implementation of a systems approach in your district   or on your campus? While there is no one right way to monitor and support   classroom implementation of a Baldrige-based systems approach, there are some   ways that are clearly better than others! Learn how leaders clarify and   signal their support and commitment.  Join in on the conversation and   collaboration about systemic and systematic monitoring of implementation of   continuous improvement.

MONW03 (Intermediate): Proven   Quality Strategies To World Class Status

Presenters: Dr. Bob Hassler and   Dr. Vince Cotter
Utilizing quality-driven strategies and tools any district can attain   significant organizational improvement. Two superintendents share their   quality-driven models which moved their district from mediocre towards World   Class status. The presentation will highlight four Essential Keys: Alignment,   Accountability, Adept Leadership and Atmosphere. Participants will have an   opportunity to reflect on the current status of each Essential Key and be   offered a menu of successful concrete strategies.

MONW04 (All Levels): Data   Chats: Including Students in Data Analysis to Increase Student Achievement

Presenters: Bob Hoglund and   Cindy McClung

This interactive workshop will   provide participants with a set of four basic questions to help students set   goals, develop action plans, analyze their progress and plan for   improvement.  Participants will learn how to use these questions, which   are effective for both academic and behavioral goals, for whole class and   individual student reflection.

MONW05 (Intermediate): Moving   the Needle in Education - one project at a time

Presenters: Norma Simons and   Frank Murdock
The challenges in education today are enormous and varied depending on the   perspective of the individuals who are within institutions or who may be   impacted by the results. The education sector is compartmentalized and   fragmented. This workshop will demonstrate to attendees the need for   collaboration across organizational boundaries. Participants will identify   and address the issues in education critical to them using a problem solving   methodology focused on application of selected quality tools to address and   resolve these issues.

MONW06 (Intermediate): Kano   Model and Analysis Workshop

Presenter: Deb Hopen
Contrary to popular assumptions, the collection and analysis of customer   input data involves a very specific surveying process that differs   dramatically from traditional approaches. This workshop will review the Kano   Model of Attractive Quality, describe how a Kano survey is performed, and   show how survey results can be analyzed in a special Excel spreadsheet that   provides the analytical formulas—and that will be included with the workshop   materials. The workshop uses a case study to provide a hands-on learning   experience for participants.
