Adriane Diamond Travis has 25 years of experience leading various global and regional teams in strategy, the business groups and in operations. She led various global enterprise wide programs and today finds herself enjoying the work with HP executives, managers and all employee groups to create Pride in HP. She is leading the Quality Culture effort for the new HP Inc. – one of two new companies born on November 1, 2015 from 75 years of Hewlett Packard Company legacy. In the new company Adriane was selected to the Black Employee Leadership Council. She also represents HP Inc. on The Conference Board Quality Council and the ASQ Executive Roundtable.
Before this she managed the Quality, Satisfaction and Loyalty efforts within WW Sales Operations ensuring sales, customer and partner satisfaction feedback drove targeted business process improvement. She partnered close with supply chain teams to increase customer satisfaction with the HP purchase to delivery experience.
Prior to that Adriane managed the executive relationship between HP Global Business Services (GBS) and HP Sales Operations teams for 3 years. She was accountable for the operational performance of 2,700 HP GBS employees that execute volume orders, claims, returns and other transactional sales support processes within a $35M budget.
Before joining GBS, Adriane managed the Route-to-Market team for Americas Enterprise Storage, Servers and Networking (ESSN) division. She aligned processes and capabilities across the order life cycle to optimize the sales experience and increase customer satisfaction. Customer and partner testimonials validated faster pricing, quoting and order execution, critical for multi-million dollar deals with customers like Facebook, Microsoft and Yahoo seeking unique datacenter configurations from HP.
Adriane spent many years as a change leader in Worldwide Volume Operations. She institutionalized global Volume Operations metrics governance, goal setting and reporting. She also led the Order Cycle Time program in the Americas, influencing a virtual leadership team to reduce direct order-to-shipment (90% fill rate) speed by 50% in 24 months (from 14 to 7 days).
Adriane began her career with HP in 1990 in the EMEA region. During the “reengineering” era, she was instrumental in defining and deploying the first ERP system, processes and tools. Working closely with IT, her team delivered the first global SAP demand-supply planning tools linking financials and material plans to enable customer choice.
Adriane has a Business degree from Indiana University and is fluent in English and German. She was a 1988 U.S. Olympic Trial qualifier in 800 meters and held the 500 meter indoor world record at one point. She is an active mentor and lives with her husband in Houston Texas.
