Tutorial Topic: "Creating Quality Cultures"
To survive in this tough Global economy, every company strives to have a Results Oriented Quality Culture (ROQC). Most companies have realized that such a culture can not achieved by reinventing the company image with generic Quality, Lean or Six Sigma principles. The turnaround is possible when you understand the Quality Culture in your Company and accordingly introduce relevant change strategies at a controlled pace.
In this presentation we will review how one can understand their companies Quality culture and how they can influence it.
Presenter Bio:
Vijai Venkata, is relentless in the pursuit of perfection in Quality. He has held several positions in Quality and is the Education Chair at ASQ 1405. Vijai is currently the Manager of Quality at Igloo Products Corp. He holds several certifications in Quality and Project Management.
