Communications Committee

Who We Are

The Communications Committee is responsible for all section related member communications.  We are one of the most active and visible committees in the section because we support all other committees and the membership through on-time, accurate communication.  As such, it is crucial that we have active volunteers.  The Communications Committee is responsible for updating all members about important section events, including the monthly dinner meetings.  We also send out the monthly newsletter, post information to the website and update our social media tools, such as LinkedIn.

Our goals for 2010 include:
  • Transition to new website which will allow for content management, event registration and email newsletters.
  • Timely distribution of the monthly newsletter & posting of information to website
  • Accept paid job board submissions
  • Provide resume posting on website for members
