Certification
The Greater Houston Section 1405 is pleased to sponsor ASQ certification refresher courses for Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Calibration Technician, Certified Software Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Manager/ Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Improvement Associate, Certified Reliability Engineer and Certified Quality Process Analyst.
The classes offered vary based on the ASQ exam schedule administered by the local section and the receipt exam registrations enough to exceed the pre-determined minimum class size. The course offerings and schedule details are listed in the
registration form.
In addition to a comprehensive review of the study material, those who take these refresher classes benefit greatly from the instructor led class discussions, review of questions, problems and answers listed in the study material. We are offering these courses at much lower costs so as to enable our members to continue training and development even in times of tighter budgets.
Greater Houston ASQ Refresher Class Registration
The local section administers the signup and fees for ALL refresher classes. We now accept Credit Cards along with personal checks. Checks are made payable to “ASQ - Greater Houston Section”. Greater Houston ASQ is Non Profit and Tax Exempt.

Vijai Venkata. The classes are usually held at the ‘University of Houston’ campus or ‘Quality Institute of America’ office locations in Houston.

Registration fees must be paid in advance in order to participate in a class. The registration (with payment) due dates are listed in the
registration form. Early registration and payment is encouraged since class size is limited. There is a $50 discount if the fee is paid 1 week prior to class registration due date noted in the registration form.

Class participants are responsible for purchasing the recommended textbooks in advance. These are the corresponding “Primer" and "Solution Text", both from the Quality Council of Indiana.

Class Participants are advised to bring a calculator that is permissible by ASQ in exams to the review course classes.
