Cancelling your event registration is quick and easy. There are several options you can use to cancel an event that you have pre-registered for.
If you have the email confirmation:
1. Find the email confirmation you received when you registered for the event. The email contains a link that allows you to cancel your registration.
2. Click on the link. You will be redirected to your event confirmation. This confirmation contains a “One-Click” Cancellation button in yellow at the bottom of the confirmation. Click this link to cancel your registration.
3. You will receive a confirmation that your registration for the event is cancelled.
NOTE: If you pre-paid for the event, your registration fee will NOT be automatically refunded. You must contact the Section Treasurer to receive a refund.
If you do not have the email confirmation:
You must be logged in to the website to perform this action.
1. Navigate to the event for which you have registered. Click on the “Attendees” tab. Click on your name from the list of Attendees. This will pull up your user profile.
NOTE: You can also navigate to your user profile first if you do not know which events you are pre-registered for.
2. On your user profile under the navigation bar on the left side, click on the link for “Upcoming Events”. All events that you are registered for will appear. If you are not pre-registered for any events, this link will not appear.
3. Click on the link “One Click” Cancel Registration. You will receive a confirmation that your registration for the event is cancelled.
NOTE: If you pre-paid for the event, your registration fee will NOT be automatically refunded. You must contact the Section Treasurer to receive a refund.
