Thank you to those members who volunteered as well as participated in the 2008 World Conference for Quality and Improvement. It has taken a week, but I am now coming off the adrenalin rush of planning our portion of this huge event. I always had faith in our Houston members and am proud to say, we accomplished our goals. Our southern hospitality shown to the hundreds of participants - thank you!!!

Please take a few minutes to read ASQ's incoming President, Robert Saco's inaugural address to the members. This will give you an idea of ASQ's focus and future. As Section planners, we have captured this message and will be kicking off the 2008-09 year on September 18 with a presentation by 2007-08 Chairman of ASQ, Ron Atkinson.
